BLOOM STORYSince 2006, Mistie has been in love with photography. She took as many classes as she could and quickly learned her craft. She owned a successful photography studio in Northern Ca for 13 years. As life sometimes happens she found herself in a place not planned….divorce. She closed her studio and started her career in Medical Sales. It was here she met so many beautiful people. Some women were the patients, some were married to them, some were single mothers, some never became mothers. They all had a beautiful story. Some were very affluent, some were struggling. The additional medical expenses affected them and their families. Making difficult choices on where to allocate or being denied by insurance. It pulled at her heart constantly……
In addition to giving back she wants a space that inspires connection , celebration and joy. One that teaches our young to enjoy a cup of tea and laughter along with celebrating the beauty and difference in all of us. That is just what she did.
In 2025 Mistie’s heart was being pulled back to Photography…. but she wanted it to be different this time. She wanted it to be beautiful but also with a purpose. She wanted to help women in need. The ones give so much of themselves. She wanted to create a community of support. A community in bloom. One that supports and inspires us to always be in bloom at all stages.
