At Bloom Portrait House , we celebrate women in all stages. The exciting times and the harder ones. Every portrait experience begins with generosity. Rather than a traditional session fee, each client is invited to contribute an amount of their choosing to the Bloom giving fund.
The Bloom giving fund supports women navigating medical challenges, financial hardships and significant life transitions.
Artwork, Heirloom Pieces, Image Boxes, Albums and Digital Fine Art Files are purchased separately, allowing every portrait experience to create beauty inside and beyond the studio.
ABOUT MISTIE Mistie Baughman is a seasoned photographer who splits her time between San Luis Obispo county and Las Vegas. She is passionate about photography, learning and giving back. She learned about the strength of her feminine energy later in life and now loves to celebrate and share in with others in community. Behind the lens, teaching a class or hosting a tea time she finds joy in your joy. She finds strength in your strength and finds love in community, her husband and three children. Her goal is to capture your beauty, strength and love so you can share it with generations to come and the next version of yourself.
PHILOSOPHYMy philosophy and goal is to create a connection and space that feels calm and not rushed. I like to create our session to fit you and your goals. That could be capturing your strength and beauty during pregnancy, after graduation, during a divorce or the transition into menopause. It may be celebrating yourself at each birthday, celebrating your childs birthday. Your new job or head shot. Whatever the occasion or person, my goal is impactful experience rather than a transaction.
